Why We Run

Two miles per day. A lifetime of impact.

The Two Mile Tango Foundation is on a mission to reform education across all 52 California congressional districts by integrating a simple, powerful habit: a daily 2-mile run. Science shows that regular aerobic exercise dramatically improves focus, reduces anxiety, and builds the resilience individuals need to thrive — in school and in life.
